Sydney web design: Why We stand beyond the Rest?
We can deliver anything from simple corporate web sites to more complicated, database-driven web solutions and bespoke applications, such as web portals, e-commerce sites, product databases, community sites and a variety of other sophisticated web applications.
We have delivered web-based application solutions to small businesses, blue-chips and start-ups. We can develop custom web-based software that can dramatically increase the efficiency of your enterprise.
Sydney web site design: Future is here for us today
Once the SRS is signed off, the web design phase can start, and can run simultaneous with the project plan creation. The web design will be handled by Mahen 3D and will follow a separate process. The branding and house-style can still be started before the SRS is delivered.
During the web design phase Mahen 3D will work closely with the client to ensure compliance with usability and accessibility guidelines and to make sure the design is feasible and fits with website conventions.
Mahen 3D will require full sign off on the design visuals before templates can be created. Changing the website design after template creation has started might jeopardise the live date and will lead to additional cost.
Mahen 3D will provide non-functional visuals for final design sign-off. These will include the home page, main sections and any other key pages considered necessary to illustrate the full site design. Mahen 3D will present 2 rounds of visuals, where major modifications should be identified after the first presentation. We aim to finalize the design with small modifications to the second modification. Mahen 3D recognises that minor changes may be required once the design is signed-off.
When the design is signed off, the production of templates can start. Mahen 3D will have started the server set-up and other elements of the website that are not design specific after the SRS sign off.
Once production has started, Mahen 3D will publish work in progress on a restricted access test website. Project stakeholders will be notified when updates have been made, so that work to date can be evaluated and comments can be fed back to Mahen 3D.
As this will be a test website, it cannot be guaranteed that all areas of the website will be in full working order at all times.
2 weeks before deployment of the initial portal and the final portal live dates, a fully working restricted access portal will be published for all stakeholders to review and sign off.
Because of the short timescales, Mahen 3D require changes to the review portals to be received one week before the respective live dates, giving us one week to fix any problems and make the required changes.
